1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of bbac.aero and any communication you exchange with BBAC. By using the site you accept them. If you don't, please stop using the site.

2. Who we are

SIA Baltic Business Aviation Center, registered in the Republic of Latvia (Reg. No. 40003752570), with its principal place of business at Dzirnieku street 15, Riga Airport, Marupe, Marupe district, LV-1053. We operate under an EASA Part-CAT Air Operator Certificate issued by the Civil Aviation Agency of Latvia.

3. What this site does

The site is an information and quotation interface. It lets you browse the BBAC fleet, request charter quotes, view current empty-leg availability, sign up for empty-leg alerts, and (if you have an account) manage bookings via the client or partner portal. Nothing on the site constitutes a binding offer until BBAC's dispatch desk confirms it in writing.

4. Quotes, bookings, and pricing

• Prices displayed on the site are indicative. The final price is set in the quote document issued by BBAC dispatch and is binding only once both sides sign it.
• Bookings are made under the BBAC General Conditions of Carriage, available on request from sales@bbac.aero. Those Conditions cover cancellation windows, change fees, force-majeure events, and limits of liability under the Montreal and Warsaw conventions.
• Aircraft assignment may change without notice when operationally required (mechanical issue, crew duty limits, weather). When it does we provide an equivalent or better aircraft at no additional cost.

5. Empty legs

Empty-leg listings reflect repositioning flights at the moment of publication. They can change, slip or be withdrawn at any time before booking — that's the nature of the product. Once confirmed in writing by dispatch the leg is locked under the same Conditions of Carriage as any other booking.

6. Account, portal and partner programme

• Account holders are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential. Notify us at sales@bbac.aero if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Partner-portal accounts are issued by invitation; self-service signup is closed. Misuse of partner promo codes (re-listing on public boards, mass distribution outside the partner's funnel) is grounds for account suspension.

7. Intellectual property

All editorial copy, photography, illustrations and brand marks on this site are the property of SIA Baltic Business Aviation Center unless otherwise attributed. Limited screenshots and short quotes for commentary or press purposes are welcome — bulk re-publication or scraping is not.

8. Acceptable use

• No automated scraping or scraping-equivalent traffic without prior written agreement.
• No attempts to probe or test the integrity of the site, the portal, or the API except through our coordinated disclosure process at sales@bbac.aero.
• No use of the site to send unsolicited commercial messages to our team or to other users via the partner / client portal.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BBAC is not liable for incidental, indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or reliance on any non-binding quote displayed here. Our liability for confirmed flights is set out in the General Conditions of Carriage and the EU Regulation 261/2004 where applicable.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes arising from the use of this website are submitted to the courts of Riga, Latvia. Disputes arising from a confirmed flight follow the dispute-resolution clause in the relevant booking document.
